They were also very helpful when we needed some modifications to the calendar feature, charged is a nominal amount for what we needed. That has also been a great timesaver, and has been well worth the money we paid for it.
Overall a great company to deal with. Their support, customer service and consulting services are also great. I heartily recommend them.
Terrible company, very shadyPurchased the "latest program" which the sales rep tried to get us to purchase and then once we purchased none of the features she told us about were includedWe had to pay extra for each moduleSoftware kept giving us error codes, when we call for tech support the tech always has to get back to us, which is an inconvenienceAccounting is also an issue as the program "automatically generates" an amount it wishes to read despite what we input on the invoiceEmployees hang up the phone on you when you are frustrated because you cant get a hold of a tech support person, which there is only ONE! And if you want immediate support you have to PAY EXTRA FOR THAT! what is that/!? Overall not worth the money you pay and customer service is just terrible!
